1. Aspirin 

Aspirin can be used to return the original white color to your clothes. It perfectly removes stains from wine and food. What you need to do is to crush 5 – 6 aspirins in a large bowl of water and soak your clothes. Let them stay in the solution for 30 minutes.  

2. Baking soda 

You can use baking soda to remove stubborn stains from your clothes. All you need to do is to add a cup of baking soda to a bowl of water (4 liters) and soak your clothes in the solution. Let them soak for a few minutes and then wash them with water.  

3. Vinegar and lemon 

You can use a mixture of lemon and vinegar to get rid of wine and food stains from your clothes. Mix lemon and vinegar in a 1:1 ratio and soak the clothes in the mixture. Finally, wash them with water.  

4. Cornstarch 

Cornstarch is a great natural product for removing oil and stubborn stains from your clothes. All you need to do is to sprinkle some cornstarch directly on the stain. Let it sit for about half an hour and then dust it off. Finally, wash the clothes as you normally do and you will see that the stain is gone. 

5. Table salt 

For liquid food stains, such as red wine or juice spills, table salt is a great option to try. It is abrasive in nature and will efficiently remove food stains. It absorbs the liquid stain before it can set and even the results are amazing.  

To get the best results in eliminating stains from your clothes, you need to take table salt and sprinkle it directly on the liquid stain. Give it time to absorb the liquid and brush it afterward. Finally, wash the clothes as you normally do. You have to do proper washing because the table salt may leave white stains on your clothes.
