How to Shrink Thigh Fat in a Week at Home: 4 Simple Exercises

Raise your hand if you hate the extra fat on your thighs. You can find solace in the fact that you’re not fighting it alone. Exercises for Slimmer and Toned Thighs

Exercise Nr. 1

Lay down on your back and put your arms beside your body. Now, raise your legs slowly until they are fully extended toward the ceiling. Stay like that for a while, then bend your knees and lower your legs down to the initial position. This might be a bit too much for your back if you’re a beginner. If it’s hard, you can use your hands to support your lower back.

Repeat the exercise 10 times. Take 20 second breaks in between. Once you’re done, take a minute off and proceed with the next exercise.

Exercise Nr. 2

In this exercise, the starting position is just like the first one. The difference is that you don’t bend both knees when lowering your legs – you go one by one instead. Do 10 repetitions with 10-second breaks in between and rest for a minute before moving on.

Exercise Nr. 3

You’re still on the floor in the same position. Once your legs are up in the air, swing them one by one forward and backward. Do this as fast as you can for about 20 repetitions (10 if you can’t do that much). Again, rest for a minute before the final exercise.

Exercise Nr.4

The fourth and final exercise uses the same position as the ones before it. When you lift your legs up, try to cross them like on the picture. Try to join them at the feet as well and hold for a few seconds. Repeat this 10 times.

The exercise program doesn’t look very complicated and it isn’t. Once you do it for the first time, you will have no problems in the coming days. Of course, the exercises won’t work miracles on their own. If you want to eliminate your excess thigh fat, you will need to eat healthy and be more active overall. Avoid sugar and processed food and stay away from alcohol. Make sure to stay hydrated too if you want to succeed.

While it will be a challenge, the result is totally worth it. Be consistent and do the exercises every day and your thighs should slim down pretty soon. You will lose a lot of extra fat on other areas too, so it’s an excellent way to lose weight.
