How to Make the DIY Detox Cholesterol Buster

Ingredients

  • 1 kg. of lemons
  • 5-6 parsley sprigs
  • 3 l. of water
  • 1 bag of baking soda

Preparation

Soak the lemons in cold water for half an hour, then pour the bag of baking soda in the water. Let the mixture sit for an hour. In the meantime, chop the lemons and parsley – keep the rind on the lemon pieces on. Cook them and the parsley in 3 liters of water for 3 hours on low heat. Once you drain the mixture you’ll be left with 1.5 liters of syrup that will last you around 2 weeks.
