  • 1 organic lemon 
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey, such as Manuka honey 
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 
  • 1 – 2 cloves of garlic 

 

Preparation method:
  • 1st Step: Cut all the lemons in halves.  
  • 2nd Step: In a bowl, squeeze the lemon juice.  
  • 3rd Step: Chop the cloves of garlic and let them stay for 10 minutes. Then, add the cayenne pepper and the lemon juice.
