Why these ingredients?

Hydrogen sulfate is a deadly poison that can damage the brain and nerve cells, but it’s also found in many foods we eat. In extremely small amounts, hydrogen sulfate is actually beneficial to the body, and we naturally produce some on our own. It has been suggested that this is why it has healing abilities, but the truth is unknown. What’s more, it works wonders in clearing congestion and reducing the duration of a cold.

Needed:

  • 1 lemon
  • minimum 4 tbsp raw honey
  • 10 peeled cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of apple vinegar
  • 1 or 2 cups of water

Directions:

Simmer the mashed and peeled garlic in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. Then, strain the liquid. Add the apple vinegar + the squeezed lemon + the honey into it and stir well. You should drink this daily, 2 or 3 times.

It can be stored in the refrigerator but not for more than 5 days. You can also gently reheat it before drinking it.
